At Shar Oke, we want you to love your purchase. Please take a moment to review our shipping and return policy:

Shipping Times & Processing

  • Orders placed Monday through Friday before 12:00 p.m. ET will begin processing the same day and typically ship within 1-2 business days for in-stock items.
  • For made-to-order pieces, shipping times may vary depending on material availability, and we’ll provide an estimated shipping window once your order is confirmed.
  • Orders placed after 12:00 p.m. ET or over the weekend will begin processing the following business day.
  • Please note that we do not process or ship orders on weekends or company holidays.
  • If you're located outside these regions, please contact us directly to make shipping arrangements. Alternatively, you can purchase through Wolf & Badger, where we fulfill orders in accordance with their terms and conditions.

Returns & Repairs

  • Final Sale: All sales on Shar Oke are final. We encourage you to carefully review product details before making a purchase.
  • Repairs within 30 Days: If your jewelry requires attention due to normal wear within 30 days of purchase, we will repair it free of charge. Please provide the original purchase documentation, and we’ll return it to you within 2-3 weeks. Shipping including custom charges costs for repairs may be at your expense, and we recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for untracked returns.
  • Repairs after 30 Days: For items purchased over 30 days ago, we will evaluate the piece in our studio, which may take 1-2 weeks. After that, we’ll provide a repair quote.

Damages & Issues

  • Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately at info@sharoke.com. We’ll evaluate the issue and make it right.
