Each item in our collection is truly unique, with many being one-of-a-kind. Once a design is sold, it will no longer be available for purchase.

If an item is marked as "sold out" or listed in the archive, we occasionally find materials that allow us to recreate designs with a similar feel to the originals. While these pieces won't be exact replicas, they will capture the essence of the original design. Please don’t hesitate to reach out for more information about your Wish List and ordering process.

Once your payment is processed, you'll see an order confirmation page with your order number, and a confirmation email will be sent to you with a link to view your order online. Be sure to check your junk mail folder and add info@sharoke.com to your safe senders list. We'll also send you a follow-up email with shipping details once your order is on its way.

Orders placed Monday through Friday before 12:00 p.m. ET will begin processing the same day and typically ship within 1-2 business days for in-stock items. For made-to-order items, the shipping timeline may vary based on material availability, and we will provide an estimated shipping window once your order is confirmed. Orders placed after 12:00 p.m. ET will start processing the following business day, with the same 1-2 day shipping timeframe. Orders placed after 12:00 p.m. ET on Friday or over the weekend will begin processing the next Monday. Please note that we do not process or ship orders on Saturdays, Sundays, or Canadian statutory holidays.

We currently offer shipping to Canada, United States and the United Kingdom. If you're located in a country we don't ship to, please don't hesitate to get in touch with us—we'd be happy to arrange shipping to wherever you are. Alternatively, we’re also featured on Wolf & Badger, a global marketplace for independent and ethical brands. You can complete your purchase there, and we’ll fulfill your order according to their terms and conditions.

We want you to enjoy your Shar Oke pieces, and we're here to help keep them in perfect condition. If your jewelry requires attention due to normal wear within 30 days of purchase, we’ll repair it free of charge. Simply provide the original purchase documentation, and we’ll return it to you within 1-2 weeks, unless otherwise noted. Please use a tracked shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for untracked returns. Please note that return shipping costs for repairs may be at your expense.
For items purchased over 30 days ago, we’ll assess the piece in our studio, after the evaluation, we’ll provide a repair quote.
Please note that Shar Oke reserves the right to refuse repairs or returns that don't meet these guidelines.
