We accept quick check out via Paypal.  All prices are in Canadian dollars.  Gift cards cannot be used to purchase other gift cards. For custom orders, there will be a unique product listing created for your purchase and payment via PayPal. Canadian residents can pay by e-transfer, email info@sharoke.com for more information.

When will my order be shipped?

Monday – Friday:  Orders placed before 12:00 pm EST will begin processing that day and will ship within 1-2 business days or longer for custom and wholesale orders, shipping details will be provided at the time of the order request. 

Monday – Friday after 12:00pm EST:  Orders placed will begin processing the next business day and will ship within 1-2 business days. 

Friday after 12:00pm EST, Saturday and Sunday:  Orders placed will begin processing on the following Monday.

Canadian holidays:  Orders placed will begin processing on the following business day.

What method of shipping do you use?

[/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]We use Canada Post and offer shipping options with delivery confirmation for most of our shipments.  If you would like your item to be shipped with FedEx, UPS or DHL, send an email to info@sharoke.com, additional charges will apply. How can I track my order?

[/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]All orders will be shipped within 2 business days of receiving your payment, unless otherwise stated. Once your payment is complete, you will receive an order confirmation with an order number.  After your order has been dispatched, you will receive the tracking information.  Please check your junk mail folder for the confirmation from info@sharoke.com and add us to your safe list. Due to COVID-19, there may be a processing delay with your shipment. What is the best way to care for my jewelry?

In our opinion, a little bit of wear and tear is a sign that your jewelry is loved and has been enjoyed! However, we appreciate that you will want to protect your special piece and keep it looking good for as long as possible. Here’s what we recommend –

  • Avoid contact with water, perfumes, moisturizers and cleaning products
  • Polish your jewelry with a cotton cloth or jewelry cleaning cloth only
  • Store your jewelry in the bag it came in or in a jewelry box
